What This Does

Canva's AI writing and design tools turn your bullet-point information into professionally designed enrollment flyers, open house invitations, school event graphics, and social media posts — without needing any design skills.

Before You Start

• Create a free Canva account (canva.com) — use your school email for the Education account
• Have your school logo available as a PNG or JPG file (for uploading)

Steps

1. Find the AI feature

Go to canva.com and click Create a design. Search for the type of material you need (e.g., "school flyer," "open house invitation," "Instagram post for school"). Select a template that matches your school's visual style (most private schools use clean, professional templates).

Once inside a template, find Magic Write by clicking on any text element and then clicking the Magic Write button in the toolbar (it looks like a sparkle/pen icon).
